Video intercom system
Most homes at the Mariastichting use a uniform video intercom system of the Comelit brand.
Once a visitor has rung the bell, you can use your indoor terminal to talk to them and, if you wish, open the front door of the apartment complex or the barrier at the entrance to the parking garage. You can do the same via a Comelit app on your smartphone or tablet.
Comelit app
With this app you can see remotely who is ringing your bell, talk to that person and, if you wish, open a door or barrier.
The app is free to download from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Search for Comelit. After downloading, you can link your smartphone to your indoor terminal. The instruction videos below on YouTube show you how:

Name changes
Through the chair of your VvE, your name has been added electronically to the video intercom system, and you can be found by name and/or address using the search function on the intercom panel of your apartment complex or at the entrance to the parking garage (yellow pillar).
Changes to names in the intercom system (for example in the event of a house move) are handled through the chair of your VvE board, who passes the name change on by email to Lindeman BV, which manages the system remotely.
Please note:
Due to technical limitations, a number of homes in Paviljoen-Zuid, De Kapel, Spijkermanslaan and Lommerlustlaan do not have a standard connection to the Comelit intercom system.
In that case, a software work-around can be used to open the barrier of the parking garage via the Comelit app on your mobile phone or tablet after all.
However, this requires a paid licence, which is available through the board of your VvE.
If you would like to make use of this, you can request it through the chair of your VvE.
