Allround Parking Services B.V. (APS)
Allround Parking Services is the Technical Manager for the Beheervereniging Mariastichting (management association) and the VvE Parkeergarage Mariastichting (parking garage VvE).
In that capacity, APS is primarily responsible for general supervision in the garage and on the outdoor grounds. This responsibility mainly concerns the functioning of all technical systems and electronics in the garage and on the outdoor grounds. In addition, APS takes care of cleaning the garage and the adjoining stairwells, keeps the outdoor grounds tidy and in good order, and oversees the external gardener. Managing and issuing parking passes is also part of its remit. APS works with an annual budget set by the executive board and, in consultation with the executive board, draws up the Long-Term Maintenance Plan (MJOP), which sets out what expenditure is expected and when. This is an important basis for determining the financial reserves needed to carry out current and future repairs.
The appointed operational manager from APS is present in the garage or on the upper grounds on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 8.00 – 15.00. His office is in the garage on parking level -1, and the operational manager is the first point of contact for all residents and members.
APS reports to the executive boards of the Beheervereniging Mariastichting and the VvE Parkeergarage Mariastichting.
