I have lost my key! What now?
In principle, you need two keys within the Mariastichting
1. Key to the entrance door of your apartment building.
This key is a kind of master key: besides the entrance door of your apartment building, it also fits the pedestrian/bicycle door next to the speed gate and the doors to other communal entrances, such as the storage corridors.
This key does not, however, fit the entrance doors of the other apartment buildings.
This key is a certified security key and can therefore only be duplicated with a valid key certificate.
This certificate is held by the chair of your VvE, so having this key duplicated is only possible through them.
2. Key to your own front door.
The key to your own apartment also fits the lock of your meter cupboard and your storage unit.
Anyone can have this key duplicated themselves. No certificate is needed for this.
