Allround Parking Services B.V. (APS)
Allround Parking Services is the technical manager for the Beheervereniging Mariastichting and the VvE Parkeergarage Mariastichting.
In that capacity, APS is primarily responsible for general supervision in the garage and on the outdoor grounds. This responsibility mainly concerns the proper functioning of all technical systems and electronics. APS also takes care of cleaning the garage, the adjacent stairwells and the lift, and of keeping the outdoor grounds tidy and in good order. Managing and issuing parking passes is part of its remit as well, as is directing our gardener. APS works with a budget set annually by the executive board and, in consultation with the executive board, also draws up the long-term maintenance plan (MJOP), which sets out which expenses are expected and when. This is an important basis for determining the financial reserves needed to carry out current and future repairs.
The appointed operational manager from APS is present in the garage or on the grounds above on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 8.00 and 15.00. His office is in the garage, on parking level -1. The operational manager is the go-to person for all residents and members.
APS reports to the executive boards of the Beheervereniging and the VvE Parkeergarage.
