INFORMATION ABOUT ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
For some years now it has been possible to charge your car electrically via 6 charging points installed for this purpose.
To charge your car, you need a dedicated charging pass. With this personalised charging pass you can start a charging session, and you will be billed for the costs incurred based on the unique details linked to the pass.
When settling the electricity costs, we will distinguish between the use of a ‘ChargePoint pass’ and an ‘other’ (i.e. non-ChargePoint) pass.
- ChargePoint pass
- The ChargePoint pass is intended for users who have a fixed parking space beyond the second barrier! In other words, tenants/owners of parking spaces 301 to 490 are not entitled to a ChargePoint pass.
- The user of a ChargePoint pass pays the following for a charging session:
€0.41 excluding VAT per kWh
€1.50 per hour after 3 hours of charging (see point 1c for details)
- With a Mariastichting parking pass, you can park at the charging points for 3 hours at no extra cost. After 3 hours, it is no longer possible to drive out of the garage or back to your own parking space using your regular parking pass. The parking pass can be reactivated by scanning it at the parking ticket terminal, after which you can pay by debit card. The cost for this, after 3 hours, is €1.50 per hour. Part of an hour counts as a full hour.
- The user of a ChargePoint pass receives a detailed monthly statement from ChargePoint of the costs, which are collected from his/her bank account by direct debit.
- The ChargePoint pass can also be used at other public charging points outside the Mariastichting parking garage, though of course at the rate that applies there.
- If you already use a ChargePoint pass and want to use it to charge in our garage at the ChargePoint rates mentioned above, your ChargePoint pass will need to be specially coded for this. In that case, please send an email to vveparkeer@hotmail.com stating your name and address, your registration number, your parking space number and your ChargePoint customer ID. If you do not, you will pay the rate stated below under ‘Other (non-ChargePoint) pass’.
Users of a fixed parking space beyond the second barrier can, if they wish, apply for a ChargePoint pass using the following procedure:
HOW TO APPLY FOR A CHARGEPOINT CHARGING PASS:
- Register via the link: http://mijn.chargepoint.nl
You can sign up here via the ‘registreren’ (register) tab at the top of the screen. You can register as a ‘particulier’ (private individual) or as a ‘bedrijf’ (business) by clicking the relevant tab. - Fill in all the fields. The ‘klantreferentie’ (customer reference) and ‘kostenplaats’ (cost centre) fields are not compulsory. They are only needed if you want them shown on your invoice. All other fields are compulsory.
- In the comments field, please state that you belong to VvE Mariastichting and which parking space number your application concerns.
- A ChargePoint pass will only be issued to users of the parking garage who have their own parking space BEYOND the second barrier.
- Once approved by the VvE board, the charging pass will be sent to you.
- ‘Other’ (non-ChargePoint) pass
- Users are of course free to use an ‘other’ (non-ChargePoint) charging pass.
- The user of an ‘other’ charging pass pays the following for a charging session:
€0.35 excluding VAT per kWh plus
€0.03 per minute of connection time excluding VAT plus
€1.50 per hour after 3 hours of charging (see point 1c for details)
- The charging costs and connection time are settled and invoiced in the same way as at any other public charging point.
Depending on how energy prices develop, the board of the VvE Parkeergarage Mariastichting may adjust the above prices without consulting the General Members’ Meeting (ALV). The rates in force at any given time will be displayed on an information board near the charging points.
Questions can be sent to vveparkeer@hotmail.com.
