What the Beheervereniging Mariastichting does
The Beheervereniging Mariastichting is responsible for the joint management and maintenance of the grounds of the former Mariastichting complex in Haarlem. This is the area between Spijkermanslaan, Kleine Houtweg, Kamperlaan and the Spaarne. The Beheervereniging owns the land marked with special tiles reading ‘Eigendom VvE’ (Property of the VvE).
Bellevuelaan and part of Zorgvrijlaan are owned by the Municipality of Haarlem.
Core activities of the Beheervereniging Mariastichting:
Managing the communal grounds: The association manages the land within the specifically defined area.
Maintenance: The association is responsible for maintaining the communal grounds and installations. This includes, for example, the paving, the lighting and the gardens. The Beheervereniging also owns the cold-water installation on the grounds and takes care of its maintenance and proper operation.
Compliance with regulations: The association oversees compliance with the house rules (huishoudelijk reglement), which apply on top of municipal regulations, with the aim of ensuring a quiet, clean and people-friendly living environment for residents and visitors.
Representing owners’ interests: Acts on behalf of the owners in the area and serves as the point of contact for external parties, such as the Municipality of Haarlem.
The association ensures that the area described is managed and maintained, partly through Allround Parking Services, in accordance with the adopted articles of association and regulations.
The financial management of the Management Association has been contracted out to Newomij of Naarden (see menu / important contacts).
