De volgende Algemene Ledenvergadering (ALV) van de Beheervereniging Mariastichting en de VvE Parkeergarage Mariastichting vindt plaats op maandag 9 november 2026.

Alle eigenaren ontvangen enkele weken van tevoren de officiële uitnodiging met daarin de agenda, de volmachtformulieren en de begroting voor het komende jaar. De financiële stukken zijn, zoals eerder aangegeven, met uw persoonlijke inloggegevens in te zien via de website van Newomij.

Kunt u niet aanwezig zijn? Stemmen kan ook via een volmacht. Hoe dat werkt, en waarom uw stem telt, leest u op de pagina Stemprocedure Mariastichting. Let op: voor de Beheervereniging en de VvE Parkeergarage gelden verschillende stemprocedures.

Date General Meeting of Members (ALV) 2026 announced

The next General Meeting of Members (ALV) of the Mariastichting Management Association and the Mariastichting Parking Garage Owners’ Association (VvE) will take place on Monday, 9 November 2026.

All owners will receive an official invitation a few weeks in advance, containing the agenda, proxy forms, and the budget for the coming year. As previously indicated, the financial documents can be viewed via the Newomij website using your personal login details.

Unable to attend? You can also vote by proxy. You can read about how this works—and why your vote matters—on the Mariastichting Voting Procedure page. Please note: different voting procedures apply to the Management Association and the Parking Garage Owners’ Association.
