Secretaris VvE Parkeergarage Mariastichting

Vanwege de verhuizing van de secretaris van de VvE Parkeergarage Mariastichting, is deze functie al enige tijd vacant. Daarom doet het bestuur via deze weg een oproep om u, in geval van eventuele interesse te melden bij het bestuur van de VvE Parkeergarage, via vveparkeer@hotmail.com.

Gezocht wordt naar iemand die beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden, in staat is de vergaderingen van het bestuur te notuleren, gevoel heeft voor archivering van relevante stukken en bereid is, als vrijwilliger enkele dagen per jaar, samen met de voorzitter en penningmeester, te investeren in een professioneel bestuur van de VvE Parkeergarage Mariastichting.

Lid Kas Commissie

Binnenkort wordt ook een nieuw lid gezocht voor de Kas Commissies. De kascommissie controleert de financiële jaarstukken die zijn opgesteld door de besturen van de Beheervereniging en de VvE Parkeergarage Mariastichting. Het lid van de Kas Commiessie heeft daarom toegang tot de volledige boekhouding.

Voor deze rol wordt gezocht naar iemand die financieel enigszins onderlegd is en één maal per jaar bereid is de jaarrekeningen te controleren. Een geïnteresseerde dient zelf lid te zijn van genoemde VvE en Beheervereniging.

Secretary of the Mariastichting Parking Garage Owners’ Association (VvE)

Due to the relocation of the secretary of the Mariastichting Parking Garage Owners’ Association (VvE), this position has been vacant for some time. The board is therefore issuing this call for interested parties to come forward via vveparkeer@hotmail.com.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who is capable of taking minutes at board meetings and has an aptitude for archiving relevant documents. Candidates should be willing to volunteer a few days a year—working alongside the chairperson and treasurer—to help ensure the professional management of the Mariastichting Parking Garage VvE.

Member Audit Committee

A new member is also being sought for the Audit Committee. The Audit Committee reviews the annual financial statements prepared by the boards of the Management Association and the Mariastichting Parking Garage VvE; consequently, the committee member has access to the complete financial records.

For this role, we are looking for someone with some financial knowledge who is willing to review the annual accounts once a year. Interested candidates must themselves be members of the aforementioned VvE and Management Association.
